The Exchange is a division within IQPC dedicated to delivering unique, invitation-only meetings that provides those with budgetary control and decision-making responsibilities the opportunity to 'Exchange' ideas and information with their international peers, develop industry contacts, advance current initiatives and improve business performance. Whether you attend as a delegate, speaker or solution provider, be prepared for an exhilarating and packed 2 days!
How is this format different to a conference?
The Executive Customer Contact Exchange is made up of a mix of presentations and workshops that have been designed to maximise your learning opportunities:
Keynote Address: These presentations offer a case study perspective from global leaders in the customer management community. Find out how these organisations have achieved success, taking home key lessons for your own organisation.
Ice-Breaker: This offers you the ideal opportunity to meet all of your international peers at the Executive Customer Contact Exchange. You have 5 minutes with each table before moving on, so make sure you’ve got your business cards handy to offer anyone you’d like to stay connected with.
Solution Theatre: These practical sessions give you the opportunity to get some hands on experience with a solution that meets your needs. Spend this time testing out the latest tools and methodologies, and finding out how they can assist you in delivering a great customer experience and business performance.
Director-Led Workshop: Don’t just sit back and listen to someone else speak at you. Get involved, share your ideas and offer advice. This boardroom style workshop offers intimate groups of Directors the opportunity to exchange their knowledge on shared areas of interest. We keep these small to enhance the level of information shared, and if the session is so popular that everyone wants to attend, we simply repeat it later in the day so no one misses out.
One-to-One Meeting: As part of the registration process, you will outline where your main challenges lie, where you are looking for help and in which areas you are, or may be looking to buy solutions. As part of the service we offer, we will match your challenges to the range of solution providers present and with your permission, will schedule One-to-One meetings within your personalised agenda. Plus, you won’t miss any Director-Led Workshops as these are all scheduled as an added extra!
